About the role
Asas Jati Enterprise is seeking a talented Planner to join our growing team in Jitra, Kedah. As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and opportunities for professional development.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders
Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning and scheduling processes
Assist with the preparation of tender and proposal documentation
Provide support and guidance to junior planning team members
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a planning or scheduling role within the construction industry
Proficient in the use of project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field
