Currently, Optosem has the following job vacancies available:
1. QA Manager
Qualifications -
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6-8 years in Plastic Molding Manufacturing.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949:2016 is a plus.
Responsibilities -
• Oversee quality operations in plastic injection molding.
• Manage ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality Management Systems.
• Address quality issues, liaise with customers, and optimize inspection processes.
2. Molding Manager
Qualifications -
• Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6-8 years in Plastic Molding Manufacturing.
Responsibilities -
• Plan and schedule production activities.
• Ensure efficient production and delivery processes.
• Provide technical leadership, optimize workforce utilization, and improve production processes.
3. Tooling Engineer
Qualifications -
• Diploma or higher.
• At least 5 years in Plastic Injection.
Responsibilities -
• Troubleshoot and maintain tooling for quality production.
• Enhance tooling productivity and efficiency.
• Manage preventive maintenance, spare parts, and repair expenses.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on new parts, products, tooling, and processes.
