Application for new Sub-contracting Custom LMW License.
Monitoring of daily import & export deliveries.
Ensuring of all import & export deliveries are under the approval of Royal Malaysia Custom
Department.
Advising on the import & export procedures, documentation, transportation & etc.

Entry Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Min SPM and above.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Performing of day to day inspection on every item of the production output as per established QA's Quality System Procedures.
- Carrying out in-coming, in-process and out-going inspection according to the Sampling Plan established.
- Carry out Inspect feature & frequency method according to Quality Inspection Manual (QIM) and/or reference to Approval Sample.
- Rejecting of parts or lots or batches when detecting non-conforming products and issuing the NCAR to concern department and/or Function.
- Documented of all inspection documents upon completion of inspection.
- Ensuring of housekeeping every time after completing of inspection.
- Submitting of the inspection report on time for QA Head or QA Supervisor for review & approval.
- Ensure that the inspection status are clearly identified by using the "ACCEPTED" or "REJECTED" label after the Inspection and disposition is being done.
- Ensure that quantity in Goods Transit Note (GTN) is tally with Lots or Batch that submitted from Production.
- Ensure the carton/part label that being used is correct by comparing with Packaging Standard.
- Re-inspection the part after reworked or sorting.
- Measure daily part produced from production.
- Documented of all measurement inspection documents upon completing of measurement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide day-to-day technical support / troubleshooting on IT related issues including networking, hardware, application software, PCs and office equipment.
• Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations, redeployment and upgrades of existing equipment.
• Install and configure operating systems/ applications to agreed standards using cloning system (OS and standard set of applications installations, joining of machines to the domain, setup of MS Office, etc.)
• Create, modify, delete, and terminate user accounts as necessary upon approval from Head of IT.

• To maintain, schedule and ensure all necessary backups are executed successfully without errors.
• Use Help Desk ticketing system to manage, prioritize and track user’s request and escalate support request to Head of IT/ relevant contact if necessary.
• Maintain and update all necessary records & documentations, e.g. hardware and software inventory.
