This is to better serve our customers in Malaysia, providing them with cost savings and competitive pricing. To increase our competitive advantage, RFID, CRM, and other systems will be implemented in order to react to fast moving market conditions and to lower our operating costs in the long run. Mirroring our Sales & Technical Centre in Singapore, our Malaysian facility will also include a state of the art laboratory to provide our value added service to all our clients.
