Rain or shine, we finish together. 🌧️🏃

On 27 September, 82 of us joined the Terry Fox Run 2026 at Elmina Lakeside Mall, Shah Alam, our yearly tradition in support of cancer research.

The morning started with a drizzle, and halfway through the 5km the skies opened up. Nobody turned back.

Every one of us crossed the finish line, soaked and smiling. As a few of our colleagues said, it's been a while since we last played in the rain! 😄

Many of our team also brought their families and children along, which made the day even more meaningful.

We're honoured to support this cause every year. By coming together, we hope to raise greater awareness and echo Terry Fox’s enduring message of courage, hope and determination..

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked and cheered.

At Biomed Global, caring for health starts with caring for each other. 💙

On 9 & 10 Sep 2026, we hosted a 2-Day First Aid at Workplace training conducted by St John Ambulance of Malaysia. 🚑

30 colleagues from various departments rolled up their sleeves to learn practical, life-saving skills, including:

🩺 First aid priorities, recovery position and choking response
❤️ CPR and an introduction to the AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
🩹 Managing wounds, bleeding and shock, plus dressing and bandaging
🦴 Handling fractures, bone and spinal injuries, and soft tissue injuries
🔥 Responding to burns, scalds, poisoning and medical emergencies
🤝 Safe lifting and handling of casualties

The programme wrapped up with both theory and practical assessments, and we're proud to say our team came through ready to respond. 💪

Your commitment builds a safer, better-prepared workplace for everyone.

Special thanks to St John Ambulance of Malaysia for two days of hands-on, engaging and empowering sessions. 🙏

What happens when our talents are given the right tools, training and confidence to build digital application?

On 3 September 2026, we saw the answer.

At our Biomed Citizen Developer Program (CDP) Showcase, colleagues from Admin, Finance, Supply Chain, Clinical, Talent Management, Regulatory Affairs and Digital presented actual working digital prototypes built around real business needs.

Each project started with a simple question:

“Can we make this process better?”
“Can we save time here?”
“Can we make this easier for the team?”
“Are there any revenue potentials for the Group?”

From there, ideas became working solutions.

What made the showcase even more valuable was the discussion around each project. Judges and colleagues asked questions, shared suggestions and explored how the prototypes could be strengthened and taken further.

That energy in the room was exactly what we wanted to see — people learning, building, sharing and improving together.

👏 Congratulations to our winning team, and well done to all the project teams for turning real business needs into something tangible.

And this is only one part of the journey.

With more CDP rounds ahead, we look forward to seeing more colleagues step forward, more ideas take shape, and more prototypes grow into practical solutions for the business.

For us, AI adoption is about more than technology. It is about continuously building capability across Biomed and giving our talents the opportunity to turn ideas into impact.

Progress through Persistence.

As we begin FY27, our Q1 Review gave us an opportunity to reflect on the progress made across Biomed Global.

Teams from Admin & Facility, Talent Management, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital shared the initiatives they have started, improved and implemented during the quarter, with colleagues from Singapore, Indonesia and Myanmar joining virtually.

One highlight was a Special Project developed through collaboration between our Digital and Supply Chain teams, which is now helping the business save approximately 8 hours each day.

It was a good reminder that meaningful progress often comes from teams working together, improving the way we operate and finding better ways to support the business.

Every improvement matters, because the work we do ultimately contributes to better outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

One quarter completed, with more progress ahead.

One night. One room. One Biomed. 🥂

Our Annual Dinner FY26 at M Resort Hotel brought the whole team together, with colleagues flying in from Singapore and Indonesia to celebrate with us.

Here's what the night looked like:
