📢 Vacancy for Admin Clerk (Full Time)
📍 Location: Penang, Permatang Pauh
💵 Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,200
Job Description
💡 Responsibilities:
✅ Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
✅ Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and filing systems
✅ Assist in data entry, invoicing, and basic report preparation
✅ Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
✅ Support coordination of office operations and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
💡 Requirements:
✅ Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
✅ Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
✅ Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
✅ Good communication skills and positive working attitude
✅ Working experience in administrative work is preferred
