Duty/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing quotations and tenders.
- To monitor all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
- Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers and etc., inclusive of project claims and expenses within the budget.
- Prepare pre and post-project budget, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentation, and final accounts.
- Ensure every progress claim, certification, invoice to clients are issued on a timely basis.
- Monitor all contractual records with clients and suppliers are complying as to protect the company's interest at all times.
- Source, negotiate and coordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Ensure the sourcing, purchase, and delivery of materials, supplies, and services are timely and cost-effective, in compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications, and all purchasing terms and conditions are always advantageous to the company.
- Continuously sourcing for new suppliers, contractors, vendors for better terms, and services.
- Sound knowledge and working experience in plumbing/electrical materials will be an added advantage.
- Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
Degree, Quantity Survey /
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or
equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,
Mandarin, English
- Experience in joinery work QS is an
advantage.
- Having working experience in the
related field will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to
apply.
- Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power
Point. AutoCAD & SQL will be an added
advantage.
