We RBI TECH Sdn. Bhd. are currently looking for a competent and experienced Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to support our oil & gas project.
🔹 Position: Safety & Health Officer (SHO)
🔹Job Requirements:
☑️Minimum five (5) years of working experience in the oil & gas industry
☑️Possess a Degree in relevant discipline
☑️Valid Green Book Holder registered with local authority (e.g. DOSH Malaysia)
☑️Familiar with plant operations and PETRONAS requirements
☑️Capable of developing HSE Plans and managing all related HSE matters
☑️Strong knowledge in HSEMS, H**P, and regulatory compliance
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
* Advise contractor management and company on measures to ensure the safety and health of all personnel at the workplace
* Provide continuous guidance to project management and Safety & Health Committee on the implementation status of:
☑️Project HSEMS
☑️HSE Plan
☑️Hazards and Effects Management Process (H**P)
☑️Compliance with contractual and project HSE requirements
* Conduct ongoing HSE monitoring at site and perform formal inspections/audits:
☑️As per Project Inspection Schedule
☑️Minimum once per week
☑️Identify hazards, non-compliances, and recommend improvements
* Prepare and submit monthly HSE reports to employer/line supervisor:
☑️In accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Part V, Section 19(2))
☑️Comply with Safety and Health Officer Regulations 1997 and other applicable authority requirements
* Ensure full compliance with host country regulations and client requirements
* Serve as a full-time SHO at the worksite

Work Location : Gas Processing Santong (PGB)
Start Date: To Be Confirmed (TBC) – Soon
Employment Type: Contract~12 months (Full-Time~Site-Based)
