Dyna® Roller Gel DEC 💡

Keeping your ink rollers clean is critical for stable ink transfer and consistent print quality. Over time, calcium deposits from papers, water and ink can build up on rollers and blankets, leading to roller stripping and unstable printing.

Dyna® Roller Gel DEC is specially formulated to remove these deposits efficiently and restore the surface condition of your rollers.

Key Benefits:
• ROHS Compliant
• Effectively removes calcium deposits
• Water-based and biodegradable formulation
• Free from hydrocarbon solvents
• Safe for use on all rubber rollers including NBR and EPDM
Regular treatment helps maintain optimal roller performance and stable ink transfer on press.

Application Tip:
Apply the gel after normal roller washing. Allow it to pe*****te the roller surface before flushing with water to remove calcium buildup effectively.
