Customer: Hi, I’m looking for some Nyatoh for a cabinet project.
Ryan: Yes, of course. What are the specifications?
Customer: I need some short length like 1 X 3W X 2-5 and 2 X 3W X 2-5 for my projects. The species and grade is NYATOH A&UP KD FULL SAWN.
Ryan: I have exactly that. The stock is in great condition, with excellent grain and consistent colour. The moisture content is stable, so it's ready for workshop use.
Customer: Perfect. May I see it?
Ryan: Certainly, right this way. You'll find the quality is very consistent across the bundle. It's a good stock for cabinetry.
Customer: Excellent. This will work perfectly.
Ryan: Wonderful. How much would you like? I can arrange delivery to your workshop.
Customer: I’ll take one full trip. Please deliver to my address.
Ryan: Consider it done. I’ll prepare the order and get it scheduled for delivery.
