QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:
• Monitor project implementation (contract and construction) with specific budget and time frame required.
• Verification and preparation of subcontractor progress payment and final account.
• Preparation of contract interim claim and final account with consultant.
• Assist in reports analysis on progress against planned milestones, resource requirements etc
• Undestanding about Drawing Autocadd and 3D Modelling

* Requiment :
1. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
2. Minimum 1 years working experience in the related field with knowledge on construction costing and contract administration.
3. Good communication skills, oral and written.
4. Ability to work under minimum supervision
5. Have Own Transport

Working day : Monday to Friday

SALARY : RM2000 - RM3500 (Bases On Experience)
Working location : Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam

- Social media : Facebook, Instagram dan TikTok.
- Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri.
