1) Office Admin Assistant
< Job description >
• Responsible for general office ,inventory and admin work.
• Attending all incoming calls
• Responsible for the general, daily operations of the operation teams
• Maintains database (e.g., customer, vendor) and
• assists with accounts payable and receivable, mailings, ordering supplies, filing, and performing a variety of tasks
• Inventory control
• Others duties as assigned by management from time to time
< Requirement >
• Min. SPM in account / commerce or equivalent.
• Computer literate with high attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good positive working attitude and responsible.
• fresh graduated are encourage to apply
• Training will be provided
