𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 — 𝟭𝟬𝟭𝟯 一人一善❤️
On 8–9 October 2026, our team travelled together to ViTrox, Penang for a meaningful learning trip focused on culture, values and people.
Over the past two years, we’ve had the opportunity to learn from ViTrox — a technology company that strongly demonstrates its core values and humanity through the way it works, leads and engages with its employees.
One thing that continues to inspire us is how their people willingly contribute through volunteer work and community activities, while still managing their daily responsibilities. It is a great example of how a strong company culture can be reflected through everyday actions.
This time, we brought our employees along to experience and learn from ViTrox’s organisation, culture and practices firsthand, while also connecting with participants from different backgrounds.
The learning tour is called 𝟭𝟬𝟭𝟯 一人一善 — 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗱.
A simple idea with a meaningful message: when everyone contributes something good, together we can create a greater impact. ❤️
