Ever wondered how LPG powers your everyday cooking? 👀

LPG is stored as a liquid under pressure inside a cylinder. When you turn on your gas appliance, the pressure is reduced, allowing the LPG to vaporise into gas. This gas then flows to the burner, where it mixes with air and burns to produce heat for cooking. 🍳
