📍 Sembawang River Canal HDD Crossing by Acexide Technology
Welcome to this visual case study showcasing Acexide Technology’s Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) project beneath Sembawang River Canal in Singapore.

This trenchless engineering operation involved the successful installation of eight 6-inch HDPE pipes, spanning 180 meters, beneath a 65-meter-wide canal at 11 meters depth. The alignment was precisely guided through a narrow corridor of bridge pilings, beneath multiple existing utilities — including telecommunication lines, power cables, and a 2.2-meter water pipeline, while overcrossing a 1.0-meter live sewage line at 17 meters depth.

Conducted using non-disruptive HDD methodology, this project demonstrates Acexide’s commitment to delivering high-precision infrastructure upgrades in congested and high-risk urban environments.

This video presents a visual case study of Acexide Technology’s trenchless pipejacking and microtunneling project in Masai, Johor — a critical underground infrastructure installation beneath the Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM)’s Senai–Desaru Expressway (SDE).
