Visited an oleochemical production facility to install our G-Lube EX, an ATEX-certified automatic lubricator, at their fluidized bed dryer machine.

🔧Site Visit – Concrete Pole Manufacturing

Recently visited a concrete pole manufacturing facility to observe the grease lubrication *(ALUCHEM SYNGREASE CS HV 2)* application on roller bearings used in the injection and spinning process.

Previously, the grease lasted only 3 days due to water exposure and harsh conditions. With the new grease lubrication solution *(ALUCHEM SYNGREASE CS HV 2)*, the interval improved to 2 weeks and now up to 1 month.
