Responsibilities
- Handling full set of book keeping
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Manage balance sheets, profit and loss statements and bank reconciliation
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support all accounting entries
Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in related field
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in LCCI or equivalent in Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word and other accounting software/system. Preferable Auto Count accounting software
- Strong mathematical skill, responsible, attentive to detail, good in number and logical thinking.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable in working as a team to meet the timeliness
