Thank You for Joining ICAIMS 2026!

A big thank you to all 285 delegates who joined the IEEE International Conference on Adaptive Intelligence, Modeling and Simulation (ICAIMS 2026), held from 28–30 July 2026 at The Pacific Sutera Hotel, Kota Kinabalu.

ICAIMS 2026 was organized by mscLab, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, and the IEEE Sabah, with support from the Sabah Convention Bureau, Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau, and Sabah Tourism Board.

A total of 169 conference delegates participated in the conference. For its first edition, ICAIMS 2026 received an amazing 274 submissions from 25 countries, with 131 papers presented across 23 technical sessions. The accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and consideration for Scopus indexing, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Beyond the conference, 155 delegates participated in various IEEE activities, including the IEEE Conference Quality Workshop, IEEE Community Ventures Connect, IEEE Research Excellence Academy, IEEE Student Leadership Bootcamp, IEEE Educators Innovation Summit, and IEEE Design Thinking Camp. Among them were 39 conference delegates, together with other local and foreign participants from industry, communities, government agencies, universities, and schools.

Thank you once again for being part of ICAIMS 2026. We hope you enjoyed your time in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and look forward to seeing you again at ICAIMS 2027.

The conference is now officially open, marking the beginning of three days of inspiring discussions, groundbreaking research, and meaningful collaborations among researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students from around the world.
