今年的蛇年新年过得特别有意义。我们在做了一些资料搜集后，决定了向兩间殘障儿童福利中心提供了一些能力以内的帮助。经了解后发现其实这几年因为经济不景气而导致福利中心也面临在募捐过程中面对困难。相信大家都经历过太多的scammer致电或WhatsApp 要求捐助，因为不知道对方的真实性而拒绝了。这些害群之马也让真正需要帮助的福利中心得不到应有的帮助。经过我们到访和了解真正的情况后知道他们其实每一个月都面对不同的挑战！
以下两间福利中心的一些资料，如果善心人有意捐助无论是物资或善款他们都无任欢迎。建议可以先联系负责人或亲身到访福利中心了解情况再决定应捐赠什么物资。“施比受更有福“，希望多一些善心人一起为有需要的人施以援手🙏🏻

This year’s Lunar New Year, under the auspicious Year of the Snake, has brought with it a wave of meaningful reflection and action. After careful consideration, we decided to make a real impact by supporting two disability welfare centres that are facing critical challenges.
In recent years, these centres have struggled to raise funds due to the economic downturn. Sadly, many potential donors have been tricked by scam calls or fraudulent WhatsApp messages, leaving them wary of giving. This unfortunate situation has made it increasingly difficult for the legitimate centres to continue their important work.
Through our visits, we discovered that each of these centres faces unique challenges month after month, but despite these obstacles, the dedication of their staff and volunteers is unwavering. We were deeply moved by their tireless commitment to providing essential care and support to individuals with disabilities.
This is where we can all make a difference. We invite everyone—kind-hearted individuals and compassionate families—to contribute in any way they can. Whether it's a donation of goods or funds, your support can go a long way in improving the lives of those in need. We encourage you to contact the centre or visit in person to better understand their needs before making any contributions. This way, you can be sure your generosity is directly helping those who truly need it.
