• Understand the service/product life cycle by interacting with both potential and existing clients and other internal clients to deliver a speedy and excellent service
• Handle enquiries from clients via multiple channels in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide support to clients
• Guide clients at every step of the process until closing of sales
• Identify bottlenecks in the process & suggest solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain good relationships with clients to promote client retention and loyalty
