UNIBRO Construction is looking for admin assistant with good communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and perform work with high discipline. Can start work by end of Oct 2021 or 1 Nov 2021.
Job Responsibility
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Attend incoming calls / customers' inquiries appropriately and courteously,
- Assist the Office Manager in resolving any administrative problems,
- Handle customers, suppliers and internal staff enquiries on clerical / minor office matters,
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Prepare and process Delivery Order, stationeries, samples, courier services, printing and any other minor clerical works - to ensure inventory records, customer records and information collection are updated and documented accurately,
- Perform other administrative duties as and when needed
- Prepare invoicing and quotations
Job Requirements
- Possesses positive work attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
- Internet savvy
- Excellent communication skills.
