Job Requirement & Description:
*Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
* Min. 3～5 years in Construction Fields
* Skill : Microsoft Office, AutoCad
*Proficient in English & Mandarin is a must involving with China Clients.
* Hardworking, independent & multitask
*Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Responsible for the overall QS operation, tendering & cost analysis
-Liaise and work with Contract Manager and Stakeholders involves in all contractual related issue & project cash flow projection
-Responsible for the payment claims and final account
-Responsible to monitor and anticipate issues on time and cost impact and respond timely to all correspondences
-To ensure correspondences and documentations housekeeping at all times are updated and filed
-To deliver and/or provide support and/or assist in ad-hoc tasks or any new tasks, as and when required
Salary : RM3,500 ～ RM5,000
