Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in August 1999 as a consortium of three (3) well-established companies namely HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd, KOP Mantap Bhd and Muhibbah Engineering Bhd. The company is a subsidiary of HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd, under the flagship of Protasco Berhad, a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Saham Malaysia. This single-purpose entity was established to undert
ake the privatization of Federal Roads Maintenance for the Central and Eastern Zone of Peninsular Malaysia encompassing the states of Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. Roadcare is a registered Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Grade G7 contractor. The Company was accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification since 2006 and with over 20 years of experience in the road maintenance industry. The Consortium brings together a vast experience in engineering construction and maintenance. With continued development of skills and expertise, the Company is committed in developing a sound reputation for excellence and efficiency.
