- Coordinating with clients, architects, other trade consultants, contractors and equipment suppliers on requirements, design development, documentation, construction program and other activities that are related.

- Preparing contract documents, tender documents, tender evaluations, tender reports, tender recommendations, submission drawings and calculations for the above said services.

- Attending to meetings, tender interviews, site inspections and discussion sessions with authorities.

- Interim monitoring of work progress and coordination of work on site.

- Evaluating progress claims, variation order claims and final accounts.

Bomba has just started enforcing that all Fire Roller Shutter (FRS) used for compartmentation shall be the same fire resistance rating as the walls of the fire compartment, with a few exceptions (as stated under Clauses 10).
