Jobscope:
• To achieve sales revenue target and gross profits target every year.
• To secure new business opportunities/clients every year.
• To manage and propose professional solutions according to customers’ requirements.
• To promote the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• To prepare sales forecast, reports and commercial proposals.
• To maintain active relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business/marketing opportunities.
• To stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Liaison with other members of the production/operation team.
• To manage the development and ex*****on of digital marketing programs, including company brochure update, online selling platform, social media, website and SEO.
• To monitor debtor collection within agreed terms and credit limit.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative / Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent profession certificate.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing. Experience with bitumen, bituminous product, emulsion, waterproofing industry and solar industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to actively drive sales & marketing activities including negotiation and closing of deals.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and result oriented with ability to meet the deadline.
• Good in time management, prioritize tasks effectively and swiftly plan for changing workload needs.
• Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications.
• Must have an eye for details and accuracy.
