• Safely and timely drive the Director to work and back, and to occasions.
• Safely drive the Director's family members, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the Director / Director's Office.
• Ensure the car is clean / sanitize at all times.
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition. Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc with consultation from Director / Director's Office.
• Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
• Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take (good with Waze / Google Map applications).
• Safely keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer's car and travel.
• Responsible, physically fit with good working attitude.
• Must be PUNCTUAL in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
• Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and best route to take.
• Responsible for safety of passengers and vehicles, follows and comply with all road and traffic rules.

Requirements:
• At least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience being a Company or personal driver.
• Possess valid driving license with clean driving record.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes.
• To be able to come to work early / stay back should something crop up last minute.
• Willing to work overtimes, weekends, public holidays and when required.
• Able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google Maps etc).
• No criminal record.
• Able to travel to outstation locations.

Jobscope:
• Handle recruitment for job vacancy by liaising with recruitment agency and other recruitment platforms.
• Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews and background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare recruitment report accordingly including measuring employee retention and turnover rates.
• Draft and update employee handbook
• Draft and prepare HR correspondences and prepare offer letters.
• Handle MRB Group Insurance, ie, GHS and GPA claims and renewal and liaise with Insurer/Broker.
• Conduct induction/orientation program and briefing to new employee.
• Conduct and assess on training needs and coordinate on staff training.
• Develop job description for all job grades of MRB Group of Companies.
• Handle the HealthMetrics platform and maintain and update employees’ medical leave and medical expenses.
• Check and verify monthly staff claim of MRB Group of Companies.
• Check and verify monthly corporate credit card and make sure the payment is made before the due date to avoid any late payment interest.
• Liaising with the relevant government authorities on the application such as Hiring Incentive, HRDF, etc. Maintain a proper record of such application.
• Maintain proper filing of the confidential documents.

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Admin/Psychology
• Min 2 years of related working experiences.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and result oriented with ability to meet the deadline.
• Good in time management, must prioritize tasks effectively and swiftly plan for changing workload needs.
• Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

- Prepare business plan, report and presentation for the business purpose.
Perform operational functions such as report management, data analysis, and development of presentation slides.
