Go-live is often seen as the finish line. In reality, it is where long-term reliability begins.
In this month’s Digest, we explore what keeps critical systems stable after go-live, from commissioning and monitoring to maintenance and system coordination.

SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026 brought together industry leaders across the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing ecosystem, highlighting how quickly the landscape is evolving.

Having been on the ground at SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026, a few shifts stood out.

Demand for power-intensive systems continues to grow, driven by high-performance computing and advanced manufacturing requirements. At the same time, efficiency and sustainability are becoming central considerations, not just at a system level, but across the entire infrastructure.

Perhaps most notably, the need for integration is becoming more critical. Power, cooling and supporting systems can no longer be treated in isolation. Performance depends on how well these systems are coordinated and delivered as a complete environment.

As the industry continues to scale, infrastructure readiness will play an increasingly important role in supporting what comes next.

Good conversations and strong interest at SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026.

Across the exhibition floor, one thing is clear. As systems become more complex, infrastructure can no longer be treated as separate components. Power, distribution and supporting systems need to be considered and delivered as a complete environment.

It has been great connecting with partners and visitors over the past day, and seeing how these challenges are being approached across the industry.

We will be at SEMICON Malaysia 2026, co-exhibiting with .

If you are attending, drop by Booth 2222 to see how power, distribution and data centre infrastructure come together in real-world applications. From UPS systems to modular data centre solutions and industrial drives, explore how these systems connect to support reliability at scale.

See you there.

Honoured to receive the 2025 Partner Achievement Award for Power Quality from Eaton.

Power quality plays a critical role in maintaining stable and reliable operations, protecting systems from fluctuations, disturbances and supply interruptions.

While this has long been part of our work, reliable power extends beyond the UPS. It depends on how power is distributed, controlled and sustained across the entire system, from switchgear and transformers to busway and downstream loads.

We appreciate the partnership and the trust placed in us.

Proud to see our team contributing to the next generation of engineers.

Our colleague, Gabrinny Gabriel, recently spoke at the Centre for Technology Excellence Sarawak CENTEXS Industry Talk: Future Skills at Swinburne, sharing insights on renewable energy and real-world industry expectations.

Initiatives like this play an important role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry needs, helping students better understand what it takes to step into the workforce.

On Earth Day, sustainability is often discussed in broad terms. In critical infrastructure, it is reflected in how systems are designed, built and operated over time.

Efficient power distribution reduces energy loss. Well-designed cooling systems minimise unnecessary consumption. Reliable infrastructure avoids repeated rework and resource waste. These decisions may not always be visible, but they shape long-term impact.

Sustainability is not a single feature. It is the result of doing the fundamentals well, consistently.

If nothing is failing, everything is fine. Right?

In many facilities, systems that appear stable today may still be operating near limits, inefficient or unprepared for future demands. In this Digest article, we look at why “working” infrastructure is not the same as “ready” infrastructure, and what that means for long-term performance and reliability.
