๐ Congratulations, Team PKT!
We are thrilled to share that PKT Quantity Surveyors has been awarded โ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟโ at the ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ, announced last night at the Official Awards Dinner and Presentation Ceremony in Singapore.
When we were first notified that we had been selected to undertake this hyperscale ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ project in the southern region of Malaysia, Datoโ Sr Peter Tan enthusiastically took on the challenge. At that time, Data Centre development in Malaysia was still relatively new, which made the task even more exciting and complex.
The client was particularly concerned about selecting the right General Contractor, leading to a detailed pre-qualification and screening process. Eventually, the project was awarded to Sunway Construction Group Berhad, who did a commendable job in getting it built.
The project was initially managed by a different team, before the current team of Janice Chan, Mohd Fahmi A Rashid, and Bryan Sia smoothly took over the job, continuing the momentum and delivering exceptional results under the leadership of Datoโ Sr Peter Tan and Phillip Tan.
Tasked with managing a fast-track timeline, the team successfully developed, finalised, and issued key contract packages within just two weeks. They also prepared and submitted crucial documentation within three days to support the issuance of the Interim Payment Certification (IPC), a testament to their coordination, commitment, and professionalism.
