Together with our joint venture partners in LNG Canada, PETRONAS is pleased to mark the Final Investment Decision (FID) for Phase 2.

Set to double LNG Canada’s production capacity, the expansion will further connect Canada’s natural gas resources with markets across the Pacific and beyond. For PETRONAS, this milestone strengthens our long-term participation in Canada’s natural gas value chain and supports the diversification and resilience of our global LNG portfolio.

For more than a decade, we have been growing alongside Brazil through meaningful partnerships, shared expertise and a commitment to creating long-term value.​

At ROG.e 2026, we connected with industry partners and celebrated the recipients of the inaugural PETRONAS Brazil Innovation Challenge. Selected from more than 100 submissions, nine projects will receive approximately USD 8 million in grants to advance Nature-Based Solutions aligned with Brazil's climate ambitions.​

From fostering innovation to strengthening partnerships, these milestones reflect the power of collaboration in driving meaningful progress and creating lasting impact for the future.​

Gastech 2026 was an opportunity to share perspectives on the energy transition, explore evolving energy needs and build on relationships that move the industry forward.

Over four days, we brought visitors closer to our capabilities and solutions for LNG and energy security.
