came into inception in December 1993. The company was formed by two enterprising entrepreneurs, Dato' Dr. Zahrah A. Kadir, Managing Director and Dr. Bajuri Kadmin, Executive Director.
- In 1998, the factory has moved to its owned premises 3 acres in size at Kuala Selangor Industrial Park and established a marketing office at Wisma B & Z, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

- This high-tech rain gutter system was designed after conducting a thorough research & development on Malaysian weather and climatic conditions. It is utilizing the latest manufacturing technology from Europe. This innovative Monsoon Rain Gutter System is made from specially formulated vinyl polymer, making it durable and excellent for outdoor use. The design was patented in 1993 and have gained recognition by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). Due to this recognition and outstanding design, the company was awarded with "Product Excellence Award" in1995 by MITI.

- Plastic based products such as Telecommunication Duct and Cable Slab were manufactured to serve the demand of Telecommunication and Electrical Industry. In the new millenium, Pressure Pipes and Permanent Formwork were manufactured to meet the demand of the water industry and the infrastructure industry, respectively.
