Use 100% of your degree. Not just 20%. 🚀

You've heard the myth: "University teaches you everything, but you'll only use 20% of it in the real world."

Not at Alliance MEP (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. We reject that idea.

We are an established engineering consultancy firm looking for a Mechanical Engineer who didn't sign up for a career of repetitive, narrow tasks. You fell in love with the physics, the calculus, the fluid dynamics, and the material science. We want you to use all of it — armed with the most sophisticated tools in the industry.

Why join our team?

Full Spectrum Utilization: From conceptual design to advanced analysis, your theoretical knowledge won't gather dust — it will be your daily toolkit.

Technology at the Cutting Edge:

Step beyond basic 3D modeling. You'll work within a fully integrated BIM environment, using intelligent, data-rich models to coordinate, simulate, and perfect designs with absolute precision. It's digital engineering at its finest.

Professional Growth as the North Star:

We don't just fill roles; we build careers. Our structured mentorship and complex project pipeline are designed with a long-term goal: to develop you into a Leader, not just another engineer.

The AMEPS Standard:

You'll be joining a tight-knit team of high-performers who refuse to deliver "good enough." We prototype, we analyze, we break things virtually in BIM, and we deliver high-quality designs. At AMEPS, we emphasize and prioritize continuous learning and development.

You are: A theory-loving, detail-obsessed engineer with a burning interest in design and analysis. You want a home where your professional growth is non-negotiable and your tools match your ambition.

Ready to use 100% of that brainpower?
