Renovation To Existing Building At Tabuan Jaya Neighborhood Watch for Storage Purpose

Description

1. Demolition work to existing wall, wash hand through, ss, urinal basin, roller shutter etc. Including cart away from site as per drawing attached.

2. Seal off existing opening using cement brick and plaster both side.

3. Installation of m.s awning complete with 0.48mm colorbond roofing sheet and m.s. frame. (150 ft²)

4. Fabricate and supply 2 sets of standard m.s. R10 door grille with RHS frames, hinges, pad lock and all accessories.

5. Fabricate, supply and install m.s burglar proof grille complete with m.s frames and R10
vertical/horizontal grille @ 150mm c/c (Approx.120ft²)

6. Servicing of collapsible gate.

7. Painting work to external and internal wall with approved paint.

8. To supply and install 2 sets. Of aluminium single basin complete with support, tap head and all fixing.
