Site Inspection Update ⛅️
Project Location: Stephen Yong, Tropical Height Double-Storey Terrace House
Reviewing the latest progress on site and discussing the next phase of works with the homeowner.
Current progress on site includes:
✔ Extension of the car porch roofing together with the installation of the new ceiling truss system
✔ Construction of new gate pillars on both sides of the front entrance to enhance the property’s overall frontage
✔ Installation of new floor tiles at the car porch area for a refreshed and more modern appearance
✔ Replacement of the main entrance door to create a welcoming focal point for the home
✔ Extension of the wet kitchen area, with wall and floor tiling works now completed
✔ Extension of the laundry area, featuring a custom skylight requested by the homeowner to allow natural daylight into the space, together with newly completed wall and floor tiling works
✔ Ground floor drop ceiling works currently taking shape, adding depth and a more refined interior finish to the living spaces
