Human Resource Supervisor
人力资源主管/主任
一、岗位职责
I. Job Responsibilities
(一)人力资源规划 Human Resource Planning
1. 根据公司发展战略,协助制定并实施人力资源战略规划,确保人力资源规划与公司整体战略目标相契合。定期对人力资源规划进行评估和调整,以适应公司业务的动态发展。
Assist in the development and ex*****on of strategic human resource plans that align with the company’s overarching business objectives, ensuring full integration of HR strategies with corporate goals. Conduct periodic reviews and make necessary adjustments in response to evolving business demands.
2. 分析人才供需状况,为公司人力资源决策提供数据支持和前瞻性建议。 Conduct talent supply and demand analyses to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that support human resource decision-making.
(二)招聘与配置 Recruitment and Placement
1.统筹制定并执行招聘计划,优化招聘流程,拓展招聘渠道,确保公司各岗位人才的及时、有效补充。Formulate and implement recruitment strategies, enhance recruitment procedures, and diversify sourcing channels to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of staffing needs.
2. 负责重要岗位的面试与甄选工作,运用科学的面试方法和工具,评估候选人的专业能力、综合素质和岗位匹配度,为公司选拔优秀人才。Lead the interview and selection process for critical roles using structured interview techniques and standardized tools to evaluate candidates’ competencies and job alignment, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber professionals.
3. 建立和维护人才储备库,对潜在人才进行跟踪和管理,为公司未来发展储备人力资源。 Establish and maintain a robust talent pool by actively tracking and managing prospective candidates to support future organizational growth.
4. 根据公司组织架构和业务需求,合理配置人力资源,优化人员结构,提高人力资源利用效率。Strategically allocate human resources in accordance with the organizational structure and operational requirements to optimize manpower utilization and efficiency.
(三)培训与发展 Training and Development
1. 牵头制定年度培训计划,根据不同岗位和员工发展阶段,设计并组织实施各类培训课程,包括新员工入职培训、岗位技能培训、领导力培训等。Oversee the formulation of annual training plans and design comprehensive training programs tailored to various job functions and stages of employee development, including onboarding, technical training, and leadership programs.
2. 负责培训效果的评估与反馈,通过培训前后的对比分析、学员满意度调查等方式,评估培训效果,及时调整和优化培训内容与方式,确保培训对员工能力提升和绩效改善产生实际效果。Assess training effectiveness using pre- and post-evaluation metrics and feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance program quality and impact.
3. 关注员工职业发展,为员工提供职业发展规划指导,协助员工制定个人发展计划,并通过内部晋升、岗位轮换等方式,为员工提供发展机会和平台。Facilitate employee career development by providing guidance and support in the creation of individual development plans and offering advancement opportunities through internal mobility initiatives.
(四)绩效管理 Performance Management
1. 设计并优化公司绩效管理体系,制定科学合理的绩效考核指标和评价标准,确保绩效考核的公平性、客观性和有效性。Design, implement, and refine the company’s performance management system, establishing objective, equitable, and results-oriented performance metrics and evaluation criteria.
2. 组织实施绩效考核工作,定期对员工进行绩效评估,收集和分析绩效数据,为员工绩效改进提供指导和支持。Conduct periodic performance evaluations, analyze performance data, and guide employees in formulating improvement strategies.
3. 推动绩效沟通与反馈,协助各级管理者与员工进行绩效面谈,帮助员工认识自身优势与不足,制定绩效改进计划,促进员工绩效的持续提升。Promote an open feedback culture, assist supervisors in conducting constructive performance reviews, and foster continuous individual and team performance enhancement.
4. 根据绩效考核结果,提出薪酬调整、奖金分配、晋升、降职、辞退等人事决策建议,确保绩效考核结果与激励机制有效挂钩。Provide HR-related recommendations based on evaluation outcomes—such as adjustments in compensation, promotions, demotions, or terminations—in alignment with the company’s performance incentive policies.
(五)薪酬与福利管理 Compensation and Benefits Administration
1. 负责薪酬核算与发放工作,确保薪酬数据的准确性和及时性。根据公司财务预算和薪酬政策,合理控制薪酬成本。Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements while maintaining compliance with budgetary and compensation policy frameworks.
2. 管理员工福利项目,包括法定福利(社保公积金等)和公司自主福利(如节日福利、带薪年假等),提高员工福利满意度。Oversee employee benefits administration, including statutory entitlements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO) and internal benefits (e.g., festive allowances, paid leave), thereby promoting employee well-being and satisfaction.
3. 关注行业薪酬福利动态,定期进行市场调研,为公司薪酬福利政策的调整提供参考依据。 Monitor industry trends in compensation and benefits, conduct benchmarking studies, and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
(六)员工关系管理 Employee Relations
1. 建立和维护积极、和谐的员工关系,通过组织员工活动、设立员工沟通渠道(如员工座谈会、意见箱等)等方式,增强员工的归属感和凝聚力。Foster a positive workplace environment by organizing engagement activities and maintaining effective communication channels (e.g., suggestion boxes, town halls) to boost employee morale and teamwork.
2. 处理员工投诉和劳动纠纷,及时了解员工诉求,协调解决员工工作和生活中的问题,维护员工合法权益,确保公司劳动关系的稳定。Manage employee grievances and workplace disputes by addressing concerns promptly and fairly, safeguarding employee rights, and ensuring harmonious labor relations.
3. 负责员工入离职、转正、调动等手续的办理,规范人事档案管理,确保人事信息的准确和完整。Administer HR lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, and exits while maintaining accurate and comprehensive employee records.
(七)团队管理与协作 Team Management and Cross-Department Collaboration
1. 负责指导、监督和培训人力资源团队成员,提升团队整体专业素质和工作能力,合理分配工作任务,确保人力资源各项工作的高效开展。Supervise, coach, and develop HR team members, enhancing their capabilities and optimizing task delegation to ensure efficient HR operations.
2. 与其他部门保持密切沟通与协作,深入了解各部门人力资源需求,提供专业的人力资源支持和解决方案,共同推动公司业务目标的实现。Liaise with other departments to understand specific HR needs and deliver professional, value-adding support in pursuit of organizational objectives.
二、任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 教育背景 Education :本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业优先。A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. 工作经验 Experience:具有3年以上人力资源工作经验,其中至少1年以上人力资源主管岗位工作经验,熟悉人力资源各模块工作,有制造行业人力资源管理经验者优先考虑。Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity. Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
3. 专业技能 Professional Skills:
- 精通人力资源管理六大模块知识,熟悉当地劳动法律法规。
- 具备较强的招聘面试技巧、培训课程设计能力、绩效管理能力和薪酬福利设计能力。Proficient in all six core HR functions and well-versed in local labor laws and regulations.
- 熟练使用办公软件(如 Excel、Word、PPT)及人力资源管理软件。Strong capabilities in recruitment, training program design, performance management, and compensation structuring.
3. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
4. 能力素质 Core Competencies:
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力,能够与不同层级的人员进行有效沟通,推动跨部门协作。Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
- 具有较强的问题解决能力和决策能力,能够快速应对和处理人力资源管理中的各种问题。Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex HR issues swiftly and effectively.
- 具备良好的数据分析能力,能够通过数据分析为人力资源决策提供有力支持。Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- 具有高度的责任心和敬业精神,工作严谨细致,具备较强的保密意识。High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- 具备创新意识和学习能力,能够不断学习和掌握新的人力资源管理理念和方法,推动公司人力资源管理水平的提升。Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to adopting modern HR practices.
三、薪酬福利 Compensation and Benefits
1. 薪资待遇 Remuneration:提供具有竞争力的薪资,RM:3800+,具体根据个人能力和经验综合确定。A competitive salary package starting from RM 3,800 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
