JP Global Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd was part of BioCareer@UCYP: Gear Up for Career 2025, held at University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP) on 29–30 November 2025 🎓💼
The two-day programme brought together final-year students to equip them with the skills, confidence, and insights needed to transition from campus life into the professional world 🚀. Highlights included the Personal Branding Journey (P.B.J.), practical tips on resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and guidance on interview strategies—helping students present their strengths effectively and professionally ✨.
Industry leaders, including Ms. Nurzatul Norzian, Head of HRDC Pahang, and Ms. Shangita Sandayan from JobXCel, shared valuable insights on upskilling, communication, and career development 💡. The forum session “Start-Up Spotlight” featured Ts. Jegan Perumal (JP Global Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd) alongside other entrepreneurs, offering real-world perspectives on entrepreneurship, overcoming challenges, and building sustainable businesses 🤝.
Day 2 included a Mock Interview Session, enabling students to practice real scenarios, refine responses, and gain confidence in presenting their value to potential employers 💼
