JP Global Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd was part of BioCareer@UCYP: Gear Up for Career 2025, held at University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP) on 29–30 November 2025 🎓💼

The two-day programme brought together final-year students to equip them with the skills, confidence, and insights needed to transition from campus life into the professional world 🚀. Highlights included the Personal Branding Journey (P.B.J.), practical tips on resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and guidance on interview strategies—helping students present their strengths effectively and professionally ✨.

Industry leaders, including Ms. Nurzatul Norzian, Head of HRDC Pahang, and Ms. Shangita Sandayan from JobXCel, shared valuable insights on upskilling, communication, and career development 💡. The forum session “Start-Up Spotlight” featured Ts. Jegan Perumal (JP Global Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd) alongside other entrepreneurs, offering real-world perspectives on entrepreneurship, overcoming challenges, and building sustainable businesses 🤝.

Day 2 included a Mock Interview Session, enabling students to practice real scenarios, refine responses, and gain confidence in presenting their value to potential employers 💼

Honoured to share knowledge at the National Level Malaysian Tamil Schools Robotics Festival 2025 (SJKT Malaysia) 🇲🇾

Our very own Ts. Jegan Perumal from JP Global was invited as a Speaker, where he shared valuable insights on TVET pathways, Artificial Intelligence, and future career opportunities in an increasingly technology-driven world. The session focused on helping students understand how skills, innovation, and adaptability will shape the jobs of tomorrow.

This meaningful programme was successfully held on 22 November 2025, with participation from 86 Malaysian Tamil school representatives and the attendance of 120 parents, reflecting strong support and collective commitment toward preparing students for the future of education and technology🤖.

Empowering young minds to be future-ready begins with exposure, guidance, and inspiration today. Programmes like this play a crucial role in bridging education with real-world industry needs while nurturing the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.

This international workshop gathered participants from universities and industries to share insights on IoT-based monitoring, AI-driven crop management, precision farming, and sustainable agricultural practices. It serves as a platform to explore innovative technologies that enhance yield, optimize resources, and promote environmental sustainability.
