NEOPETRO HSSE DAY 2026
"I AM THE DIFFERENCE"

What an amazing day of learning, sharing, and working together!
Today, we came together with our team, industry partners, and invited speakers to remind ourselves of one important message: everyone plays a part in making our workplace safer, smarter, and more reliable.

Throughout the day, we gained valuable insights from our invited speakers. Yong Chu Boon, SR Marine Advisor, SMU, Sarawak Shell Berhad, shared practical ideas on Operational Enhancement & Efficiency Improvement Initiatives, highlighting how continuous improvement can strengthen operational performance. Capt. Amrik Singh, Head of Logistics HSSE, ULP, PCSB, reinforced the importance of strong HSSE practices and leadership in building a safe and reliable workplace. Ben Ha from Knowledge Plus (Training & Consultancy) delivered an engaging session that encouraged everyone to strengthen their safety mindset and apply what they learned in their daily work.

We also learned about fuel efficiency, performance monitoring, operational excellence, and maintenance best practices. The discussions, knowledge sharing, and meaningful conversations throughout the day reminded us that our success starts with our people.

One of the biggest lessons from today is that HSSE is more than following rules. It is about having the right mindset, taking responsibility, and making the right decision, even when no one is watching.

As we embrace this year's theme, "I AM THE DIFFERENCE," we challenge ourselves to:
✅ Speak up when something doesn't seem right.
✅ Stop work if you are unsure.
✅ Share knowledge and learn from each other.
✅ Care for our colleagues, our vessels, our customers, and the environment.
✅ Aim for operational excellence every day.
