💼 We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor Construction (INTERN)

We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor (Intern) to join our team. 👷🏻‍♀️👷🏻🏗️🏗️

🔎 Requirements:

✅Diploma in Quantity Surveying
✅Fresh graduates & intern's student are welcome
✅Able to read construction drawings & documents
✅Knowledge in costing, tendering & construction processes
✅Good communication skills (BM & English; Mandarin is an advantage)
✅Own transport & able to travel to site in Miri

📌 Responsibilities:

➡️Prepare cost estimates, BOQ & tender documents
➡️Monitor project costs, claims & variations
➡️Liaise with contractors, consultants & site team
➡️Prepare reports and track project progress
