📢 We Are Hiring: IT Officer / IT Assistant

Join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru!

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Support ERP system (user support, issue analysis, basic report customization)
• Assist with minor system enhancements, scripting, and basic programming tasks
• Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, documentation)
• Support PC, printer, and peripheral setup & maintenance
• Ensure proper documentation of IT procedures and support activities

🎓 Requirements
• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic programming knowledge (VB.NET, Microsoft SQL, or similar)
• Basic understanding of databases and report writing is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Languages required: Mandarin, English & Malay
• 1–2 years experience in IT support preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong technical foundation are encouraged to apply
