The objective of the JV offer benefits to both the partners as well as the stakeholders by providing customers with a more and a higher quality of equipment arising from the combined business synergy and strengths of the two partners. The main activity of the JV is
to design and manufacture process equipment for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical as well as Hydropower and Steel industries. ATB RC with over 70 years of experience specialized in this area brings to the JV, its sophisticated engineering & design, procurement, manufacturing, installation & maintenance of various equipment for MMHE, a company that is active in the marine and heavy engineering industry and involved in a wide spectrum of oil and gas engineering construction. MMHE is a subsidiary of Malaysia International Shipping Corporation Berhad (MISC), a global energy-focused Maritime Transportation and Logistics Company predominantly owned by PETRONAS, the well-known Malaysia National Oil Company. Relying on the ATB RC manufacturing capability and know how, the JV concentrates to produce equipment in various industries below:
1. Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry: pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air fin coolers skids, etc.
2. Hydropower Plants: penstocks, valves, gates, etc.
3. Upstream and Subsea area: skids process equipment, mid arch, manifold, etc. The Joint venture is accredited with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and U, U2, S, NB and R Stamps by ASME.
