JANGAN LEBIH MASA DIPEJABAT?

1. Ada orang kagum kerana tidak pernah habiskan cuti tahunannya. Setiap tahun cuti tahunannya berbaki banyak sekali.

2. Ada orang berbangga, dia balik paling lewat kerja. Kunci pejabat dia pegang punya.

3. Ada orang berbangga tidak pernah ambil cuti sakit. Doktor nak beri cuti, katanya client sedang menunggu proposalnya.
Kawan,

4. Bekerja adalah proses yang tidak pernah habis, tidak akan selesai.

5. Tumpuan pada kerja penting, tetapi tumpuan pada keluarga lebih utama.

6. Jika kita sakit atau kecewa, bukan bos, client dan majikan akan bantu kita. Tetapi keluarga akan menjaga dan merawat kita.

7. Hidup ini bukan soal kerja, majikan, bos, client dan KPI sahaja.
Kita juga perlu bersosial, berkawan, minum dan jalan petang dengan keluarga dan kawan kawan.

8. Jika majikan selalu suruh kita kerja lebih masa. Boleh jadi kita yang tak bijak urus masa, kurang efektif dan tidak produktif

9. Sayangi kerja kita, tetapi jangan cintai majikan kita kerana kita tak akan pernah tahu bila majikan tak perlukan kita lagi.
