Star Labs is established in the year of 2017 as a Malaysian branch of the China BrainTech Group, which was founded by Mr. P'ng Aik Fong (Malaysian) and Mr. Kim Yong Gi (Korean). The China BrainTech Group focuses on research and development in the field of neurobiophysics, the use of neurofeedback technology in the field of education, brain-computer interface (BCI) technology and other fields. Till

date, China and Korea are the frontiers in their enterprise developments within the field of neurofeedback. The China BrainTech Group has successfully developed their very own attention training brainwave racing car, energy replenishing smart wear equipment (Power Nap), Brainwave Classroom to enhance quality of learning, Neurobrain (2-channels and 4-channels) neurofeedback devices, Neurofeedback Training software (system management), high-performance BCI module and so on. Since 2016, the BrainTech Group planned on expanding business in the ASEAN region. Hence, in the year of 2017, the first station involved the establishment of Star Labs Bioscience Sdn. as their branch in Malaysia and the founding of the brand “BrainScience”, before the expansion to the rest of the ASEAN countries.
