Site Engineer (Lubok Antu)

-Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Willing to be deployed to and stayed at Lubok Antu.

-Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, professional bodies and other stakeholders.

-Execute and support the project team on planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the project works.

-Ensure that all the works are carried out in accordance to the specifications, construction plans, procedures and instructions without violating any relevant health and safety policies, legislation, rules and regulations.

-Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

-Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a MUST. Mastery of Mandarin is a plus.

-Self-motivated, independent, attentive, positive working attitude, team player, good interpersonal and leadership skills

-Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

- Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources or any other related qualifications.

-At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or any other related fields is required.

-Handle all HR related functions including but not limited to managing employees’ claim and reimbursement, hiring, training, disciplinary proceedings and dismissal of employees, payrolls related matters such as leave, benefit and compensation.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and other relevant softwares.

-Responsible for the improvement of HR management system.

-Familiar with the statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO and all other relevant laws, rules and regulations.

-Handle any other duties assigned from time to time.
