Position : ADMIN & ACCOUNT
Location : Perai
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Responsible in preparing Daily Reports.
• Prepare quotation, invoices, and update customer database.
• Handling issuing of invoice, purchase order and payment.
• Data entry duties.
• Responsible for preparing petty cash and others.
• Able to perform documentation work, proper filing and organizing of files / papers.
• Responsible to check on subcon work done, defect and quality.
• Carry out all administrative task relating to customer service and any necessary follow up work in relation to incoming call/other inquiries.
• Other Ad-hoc duties
Job requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM with related work experience, STPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
• Ability to work on your own initiative, act as part of a team with minimum supervision and responsibilities.
• Full-Time position available.
