Preparing Today’s Students for the Jobs of Tomorrow

STEMCareer portal is designed in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4, to make quality learning accessible and affordable, make learning inclusive and to encourage lifelong learning.

The future of the economy is in STEM, and that’s where the jobs of tomorrow will be. The jobs of the future, no matter the industry or level, are no doubt going to involve at least a rudimentary knowledge of technology. STEMCareer portal is looking to give students a leg up in the future, by introducing STEM early to help them develop related tech skills and future-proof their education.

Many jobs today did not exist ten years ago. It’s reported that about 65% of children entering school will eventually work at jobs that don’t exist today. So how do we prepare students for those careers, when we don't know what they will look like? Luckily, there are clues as to where the jobs are going, students can be job ready for those jobs by focusing on specific areas of study.

As much as we cannot predict jobs of the future, our STEMCareer portal helps to make STEM Learning fun and easy while giving a glimpse of what the job market might look like. STEMCareer portal provides wide variety of contents in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and also encourages picking up additional skills sets to be more adaptive at workplace with a focus on Arts, Languages, Critical Thinking and General Knowledge.
