Gary Yap, founder of RDS Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd (RDS) ventured into retail business in 1988.

In 1991, RDS diversified into manufacturing, supply and installation of retail display fitting and fixtures, further enhancing its presence in the retail industry. This business operation, with Gary’s experience in construction and engineering works prior to joining Yuyi, was further expanded to specialise in interior design consultancy and fit-out works. Through his extensive contacts and networking in the retail industry and also his leadership and vision, Gary has been instrumental in building RDS into one of the most reputable retail design and fit-out specialist in the industry.
