You bought engineering-grade material. Your part still failed. Why?
That datasheet — tensile strength, HDT, chemical resistance — is a promise, not a guarantee.
Those numbers only appear when the material is run on an industrial 3D printer built to hold them: a heated chamber, sealed moisture control, and a hardened hot-end that actually reaches PEEK and nylon temperatures. Run the same material on a desktop machine at default settings and you don't get 100% of the spec. You get a fraction — and a part that fails in the field.
The material doesn't perform. The process does.
That's why we don't sell you filament or a printer. We print the part for you — on industrial machines, tuned to each material:
→ Chamber and nozzle temperatures matched to the polymer, not a generic preset
→ Moisture controlled — nylon and PC lose strength the moment they absorb humidity (and Malaysian humidity is brutal)
→ Cooling calibrated for layer adhesion, so parts don't split along the layer lines
You hand us the job. You get back a part that performs the way the spec says.
