URGENT VACANCY
Position
1-Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager/Director of the overall progress of the project
- Attending site meeting
- Coordinate & monitor subcontractor's progress and to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures within the timeline
- Monitor material usage & wastage at site
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in interior fit-out or a related project
- Good communication skills, pro-active and independent
- Hands-on supervision & site coordination experience
- Sensibility in design and aesthetics of art will be advantageous to candidates
-possess own transport
2-Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
-Responsible in the tender process, pre and post contract administration & documentation, budgeting, material sourcing & planning
-Responsible for preparation of progress claims & variation orders, final accounts, evaluation of contractor's claims etc
-Interaction and liaising with clients, designer, architect/engineer, contractor/supplier etc
Requirements:
-Diploma, Degree in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent
-Experienced at least 2-3 years
-Candidates without the above qualification but with related working experience are encouraged to apply
-Strong commitment, responsible and pro-active
-Sensibility in interior design and aesthetics of art will be advantageous to candidates
-Computer literate
-Possess own transport
