Energy Efficiency Symposium Highlights the Future of Cities 🍀

As cities across Malaysia and the region continue to grow, balancing economic progress with sustainability has never been more important.

Under the framework of the Energy Efficiency Movement, ABB Malaysia and Alfa Laval partnered to host an Energy Efficiency Symposium themed 'Regenerating Cities Through Energy Efficiency' to commemorate World Cities Day later this month.

Supported by the Embassy of Sweden in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, representatives from the banking community, and sustainability experts to explore practical pathways to urban decarbonization and resilient urban development.

A key takeaway from the discussions -- the technologies exist, and many of the enabling policies are already in place. The next step is turning ambition into action and scaling solutions that deliver measurable impact.
