Oriental Sheet Piling is proud to have been part of the Tam Hiep IZ Wharf project in Quang Nam Province, Vietnam. This development utilizes a combined HZM steel wall system with tiebacks and achieves a dredging depth of up to 23 metres. The sheet pile sections used include HZ880MA-12/AZ18-700, HZ1080MB-12/AZ18-700, and AZ38-700, supported by tieback walls of OZ17A.

The HZM steel sheet piling system merges the structural strengths of H-piles and Z-piles, delivering exceptional load-bearing performance. It is a preferred solution for deep foundations, retaining walls, and marine structures such as wharfs, jetties, and quay walls.

We supplied sheet piles for Island Hospital in Penang, Malaysia. This project, which involved constructing a single-level basement, used Type 3A sheet piles. A total of 877.05 metric tons (1,136 pieces) of sheet piles were installed, with lengths ranging from 15 to 9 meters. The project also incorporated two layers of strutting using 350mm × 350mm beams, totaling 248 metric tons.
