On 17th July, we celebrated the grand opening of The Wink Hai Phong Hotel, located at 135 Dien Bien Phu, Hong Bang, Hai Phong City.

Developed by Indochina Kajima Development JSC, the hotel features approximately 234 rooms, complemented by key amenities such as diverse dining options, a ground floor bar, barbershop and a communal coworking space—all designed to offer a modern and functional hospitality experience.

Freeport is proud to have supported Indochina Kajima, providing Construction Supervisory Services over the 24-month development period.

The groundbreaking ceremony for TAY HO TAY – ST5 marks the beginning of a landmark development in Hanoi’s Tay Ho Tay Urban Center.

Freeport is proud to support Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment JSC as the Construction Supervision Consultant for this Grade I Commercial, Service & Retail Complex, spanning over 52,000 m² of floor area.

This project reflects the growing momentum in Vietnam’s urban development landscape, and we're excited to contribute our expertise to help bring it to life over the next 22 months.

From Groundbreaking to Grand Opening – Logicross Vietnam Nam Thuan is Now Complete.

We’re proud to mark the completion of Logicross Nam Thuan, a cutting-edge logistics facility developed by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., and the first Logicross warehouse in Vietnam.

Located in Nam Thuan Industrial Park, Long An, the project spans 11.5 hectares and delivers 61,200 sqm of high-spec, future-ready space designed to meet the evolving needs of Vietnam’s e-commerce, supply chain and manufacturing sectors.

As Project Manager, Freeport Projects supported this development from pre-construction planning to completion—working closely with Kajima Vietnam and a dedicated team of consultants and partners.

On 18th March 2025, our Directors, Joseph Giuffreda and Lang Nguyen, was invited as a guest speaker at Savills, "Retail Market in the New Era seminar," at the Vinpearl Landmark, 81, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Joseph presented insights on Adaptive Reuse in Design & Project Management, discussing how strategic repurposing of retail spaces can enhance functionality, sustainability, and long-term value. Joseph shared a number of a case studies showcasing how repurposing and innovative design solutions can breathe new life into existing structures, creating dynamic retail environments that evolve with market demands.

In today’s rapidly shifting retail landscape, adaptive reuse offers a compelling approach to maximising the potential of commercial properties. By leveraging design ingenuity, we can ensure that malls and retail destinations remain resilient and future ready.

Freeport has recently formed a new partnership with Vietnam Star Automobile Ltd as their Project Management consultant for their upcoming showroom in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Vietnam Star Automobile Ltd has an impressive 19 years of history in the luxury car market with 16 awards for their stellar business and communication activities in 2023.

On November 9th, we lifted a 7-meter ficus tree into its custom-designed planter at The Five KPD, Block D at Damansara Heights. With soil and tree combined, the installation weighs a total of 3,650 kg providing a unique design feature within our precious Block D at The Five.
This was a true team effort, blending skills from architecture, engineering and landscaping. Using a 45-ton crane, we carefully lifted the tree through the building’s roof and positioned it into the planter, where steel cables were added to keep it secure and steady.
