Ever heard of Bamboo hills Korea BBQ " ? It consists of 14 individual kitchens being arranged systematically together.

Why? The reason is simple as a small and compact area could have 14different brands and a vast amount delicacies available for it's customer.

Can you imagine "one" kitchen exhaust fan is sufficient to pull off 14 kitchen hoods? Yes it is possible with proper engineering calculation and design.

A pretty interesting case study that came to us.

"A newly operating restaurant's kitchen ventilation system kills crop and causes the piece of land right beside it to be classified as "Non-Arable Land".

We often lose sight of how dangerous kitchen exhaust fumes are not only towards human beings but crops as well.

The high density of carbon monoxide, oil depositions, heat and many more harmful substances can cause chronic diseases to human beings that are frequently exposed to it and could pollute soil, causing it inhabitable for plants.

Our solution to this issue is rather straight forward.
1. We check on the budget that was presented to us
2. We streamlined our materials and apply the most suitable engineering concept to it.

A simple and straightforward redirecting of the exhaust fumes towards roof level would literally minimise the damages that was mentioned above. Instead of allowing the fumes to escape into the outer environment freely, redirecting fumes to roof level would allow the fumes to condensate at roof level into liquid form, thus minimising free fumes into the environment.

This technique is simply approved by "Department Of Environment , DOE" as it is not only cost saving but effective at the same time.

FYI, the restaurant is located at Banting and known as "Long time no C restaurant". It's food and environment is simply outstanding.
